Tenant's are required to maintain yard (keep grass trimmed and weeded), shovel snow in winter, salt front porch steps when icy. The back porch is furnished with an armoire on the lower level and office furniture on upper level (as pictured). These pieces may not be moved without landlord's consent, but tenants have access to use both for storage or office use.
