Guests Guests may stay up to 7 nights per month (no more than 3 consecutive nights at a time) without Landlord's prior written consent. Tenant remains responsible for the conduct of all guests. Common Areas Hallways, driveways, stairways, laundry areas, and other shared spaces must be kept clear of personal belongings and obstructions. Tenant may not store bicycles, furniture, boxes, or other items in these areas. Tenant is welcome to use bike racks for their bikes. Smoking is only permitted outdoors in designated areas (if any). Pets No pets are allowed without prior written consent of Landlord. If permitted, Tenant must comply with all pet rules and remain liable for damages and disturbances. Tenant has been approved for 1 cat. Maintenance Tenant shall not alter locks, install additional locks, or change security codes without Landlord's prior written approval. Tenant must promptly report any needed repairs or hazards. Safety Candles, space heaters, and open flames are prohibited inside the Premises. Tenant shall not tamper with smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, or fire extinguishers. Illegal Activity No unlawful conduct, controlled substances (other than legally prescribed medications), or other activity that could endanger health, safety, or property is permitted. Respect of Property Tenant shall not damage, deface, or misuse the Premises, furniture, appliances, or fixtures. Tenant is responsible for repair costs resulting from negligence or abuse.
