On the west side of Port Angeles, this furnished 3 bedroom/2.5 bath home has recently been remodeled with wood-laminate flooring throughout, new lighting & interior paint, updated kitchen w/granite, and new LG appliances. Huge picture windows on the north side with views of the Strait of Juan de Fuca. With new furnishings and decor, it is a wonderful home base for experiencing all the Northwest has to offer. Inside, relax in the warm and inviting living area with comfy furniture. Enjoy making meals in the beautiful, well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, complete with pots and pans, range, oven, microwave and fridge. The humongous deck is accessed off the 2nd floor, complete with patio furniture and a small propane grill. The two bedrooms have king beds. There is an extra rec room on the lower level that comes with a pool table and wood stove. The 3rd bedroom with a queen bed, 1/2 bathroom and huge laundry room with washer and dryer are also located on the lower level. There are two small bonus beds for small children. The smaller bed is good for approximately ages 4 and under. The bunk bed downstairs is a little bigger. Utilities, including Internet, are included except for charges over $150/mo for electric. No need to put it in your name! This is a vacation rental during the spring and summer. Please call about availability. This is our winter rate. This is a great retreat for small families or guests looking for a place to call "home" for a bit longer stay. Blazing fast Internet for working or schooling from home. Application fee is $50 per adult. $75 lease prep fee. Section 8: Housing Assistance Accepted. We do NOT accept portable applications (something that is obtained outside of the company). A complete application means: you've seen the unit online, submitted the application and paid the fee. Please check our website for more information on approval criterion. We are looking for people with permanent employment (or retired), verifiable, combined, gross income of 3x rent or sufficient savings, excellent credit, and landlord or mortgage history. Tenant required to have renter's insurance, which costs about $12 per month. We require first month's rent and one month deposit to move in. $1000 deposit represents refundable security and prepaid cleaning fee.
