If you would like to have the services in your name, You would not have to pay me for the services. Rent is $1,800, plus $80 for water and $100 for mowing. Total is $1,980. i prefer this way so as the water needs increase during the summer the yard will be taken care of by me paying the difference in the bill and the mowing will be consistent.
