First street off Bay Forest Dr for quick access in and out of the neighborhood. End of cul-de-sac location with no through traffic. Only one neighbor to the left with no neighbor to the right or behind. Very walkable neighborhood filled with a variety of shady trees, birds, and other wildlife. Pool house and park is a 4 minute walk or 1 minute drive for some summer time fun. Grill and covered areas available. Practice your serves or play a match at one of four tennis courts adjacent to the park. Pickleball enthusiasts are also allowed. The Area: We have found that the Clear Lake area is calm yet full of action if you seek it. Major highways are available via 45 to the West and Beltway to the North. We love cooking. And cooking means quality ingredients from HEB. Luckily the home is nestled between two HEBs just a few minutes away. The Clear Lake location being our favorite. Kroger is also a 6 minute walk or 2 minute drive for any last minute grocery needs or if shopping on a tighter budget. If you are a coffee lover there is an abundance of coffee shops such as Art of Coffee, Black Rock, Summer Moon, Starbucks, Dutch Bros, Casa Matcha, and Java Owl. We also enjoy a good brunch, places such as FirstWatch, Snooze an AM Eatery, and Keke's Breakfast Cafe. The amount of food spots would be too long to list. Italian, Tex-Mex, Mexican, Sushi, Thai, Seafood, BBQ, Pho, Ramen, etc, you name it and Clear Lake has it. I can share my recommendations.
