Early check-in or late checkout is available for a $55 charge if cleaners can accommodate. A $500 charge applies if physical or odor evidence of smoking is found. Keep noise levels down, especially after 10 PM, and respect the neighbors. A $250 disturbance fee applies if a noise complaint is received. Parties, drugs, and illicit activities are not allowed.
