Also, about 30 mins away from John Wayne Airport, Long Beach Airport and LAX. 2 renter maximum. No pets, no parties/events, and no smoking allowed. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. There is a refundable $200 security deposit. There is a monthly fee of $100 to cover utilities and a monthly fee of $100 for cleaning.
