This is a Vacation Rental only and we rent the house for a minimum of 30 days and a maximum of 180 days. No exceptions! Casa Bonita is a wonderful completely remodeled 4 Bedroom, 3 Bath home that our family added onto and offers sleeping for 10 plus a 3 car carport. This is the perfect home for temporary housing, temporary business assignments and/or relocation. The home has more privacy than you would imagine sitting up on a bluff overlooking Lookout Mountain to the West and Castle Rock/Table Mountain to the East. While there are stairs in front, you can drive right into the carport in back and walk a few short steps into our family retreat (no stairs!). The open Floor Plan includes a spacious Kitchen with Granite Counters, new Appliances and Breakfast Bar. The living space includes a Large Dining Area with Stone Fireplace, inviting Living Room with incredible views, Covered Entry (front and back), Laundry/Mud Room, Master Suite with Large Shower and Double Vanity, plus Flat Screen TV and Cable, 2nd Bedroom and 2nd Full Bath all on the 1st Floor. The 2nd Floor includes 2 large bedrooms and a large hall Bath. There is a deck off the 3rd Bedroom with incredible views of both Castle Rock and Lookout Mountain. This bedroom also has a 32' Television with Cable. The setting is equally charming with a fenced in backyard including a very large covered flag stone patio, perfect for grilling and outdoor entertaining. The front yard sits up high with beautiful views of Lookout Mountain, lots of privacy and has been enhanced with large local area Boulders. There is plenty of parking including a 3 car carport and additional off street parking with access from our back alley (just a few steps from the home). The location is perfect! You can take a short walk to downtown Golden, Fossil Trace Golf Course, Castle Rock or Lookout Mountain or walk down to Clear Creek or the Golden Recreation Center. The Master Suite has a queen bed, the second bedroom downstairs has 2 twin beds. The third bedroom upstairs also has a queen and the fourth bedroom has 4 twin beds. There are two couches in the Living Room. This is a fantastic home in the middle of Downtown Golden's residential community and only a few blocks from the Colorado School of Mines. Some of the amenities include Cable TV (with HBO and Showtime), High Speed Wireless Internet and Google TV in the Living Room (check email, watch movies for free on Netflix). Don't miss our latest addition in the Dining area, a circa 1991 iMac for Browsing the Internet just like we did in the 90's. You can even read the iMac book that explains the machine to you.
