Great kitchen and living areas, huge back yard, wood floors, huge deck with shade, parking in front, garage for storage, great living room with TV, gaming, cable, internet, etc. House is very comfortable and in a great neighborhood. Roommates are very clean and respectful. Bills included, I am looking for $650.00 per month. Included in your rent is very fast internet, cable in your room, all paid utilities, etc. Every once in a while we all pitch in for a maid. You would have your own upstairs bedroom and a shared bathroom, we expect you to keep the common areas very clean! This mainly includes the upstairs bathroom and downstairs kitchen. We are drug-free and smoke free. I am looking for someone who is clean and very respectful of our property and neighbors. We travel and are out of the house during most days. Absolutely no pets are allowed. There is NO DEPOSIT that will be due upon movie-in. All of us are responsible professionals just looking for the same.
