There is a good-size closet. The kitchen has a gas range. There is a Laundry room on site, and a shared landscaped backyard. One parking space off the alley is available for a separate fee. Great neighborhood, close to all amenities downtown has to offer. Rent $950, Deposit $950. No animals are allowed. We will be there each evening during the week, but not on the weekends (and not on Thanksgiving) at 5:00PM. We stay for about half an hour and can answer any questions at that time. No appointment is needed. Owner pays for water, sewer & garbage. Resident pays for gas and electric. No smoking, no pets. We start with a one year lease that automatically becomes month to month at the end of the initial lease period.
