The yard has a grass lawn, with some flowering plants, and a pink flower plumb tree when it blooms. Important note: If you don't mind watering a yard this will fit you just fine. Please understant the tenants will be responsible for maintaining and the upkeep of the yard. There is good solar lighting in front and back yard for nicely lit areas around the house. There is a recently remodeled guesthouse in back that can be rented together with the front house for an additional $900. per month. Please ask about water use if both units are rented simultaneously. This would be ideal for a parent(s), an adult child, aunt or friend. There is a separate application required, and of course, the qualifying process. No subleasing. Please do not go on to property without owner present. Thank you. Owner prefers a phone interview prior to showing. IMPORTANT: Please if you are not shown the inside of the house by owner DO NOT give anyone a deposit or any money until owner is verified.
