Because of the extra large lots the street is very beautiful and peaceful. The backyard is huge (see pictures), making it excellent for playing, gathering, and relaxing. The house is in good condition. We have made numerous improvements. In addition the improvements that are apparent (new windows, new garage doors and motors, bad exterior board replacements, interior and exterior paint, carpet, and blinds), we had the entire sewer plumbing replaced with PVC in 2010 (about $8,000) and about the same time nearly the entire water-in plumbing with copper (about $5,000) (the kitchen plumbing was just previously redone, and new galvanized was used). The circuit panel was replaced in about 2012 (including a whole-house surge protector (about $2,000). The outside A/C unit was replaced around 2017 (about $3, 000). Also, numerous upgrades were made just prior to our purchase, including the major kitchen remodel). The pictures make the outside colors appear brighter (and even off-color) than they really are.
