You can walk downtown, walk to the waterfront, visit several breweries, or bike easily to most places within minutes; you couldn't ask for a better location! The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms and also has a very large 700 square foot insulated shop that is great for the hobby mechanic, for storage, or for garage use. The home has hardwood floors, a large dining room, laundry, all upstairs bedrooms, lots of closet space, and a spacious living room. The house also has a lovely fenced back yard that is very easy to maintain. We are looking to lease the house starting on September 1st, 2017 although we are flexible with the start date if you needed it earlier or later, the house is ready for rental after August 15th. The rent is 1995 and does not include utilities or lawn maintenance although we will provide a lawn mover! We will be expecting first months rent and a security deposit.
