I am a single father of a beautiful seven years old girl. She's with me once per week, and every other weekend. I enjoy cooking, taking my daughter to the park/for walks, reading and, watching movies. I work mostly from home - out in the office a couple of days per week. Rent will be on a month-to-month bases, however, I'm hoping to find a tenant who can commit to a minimum of six months or longer. Utilities will be split (usually $45-60 per month, more or less) My requirements are the following: You must a single tenant, male proffered, but will consider a female if it's a good match. Must be currently employed, with good/decent credit, and NO criminal history. Must be someone who takes pride in keeping your living space clean, this is very important, as kitchen and bathroom will be shared. Friendly but respectful of other's private life and space. Must like children. No drug users of ANY kind. No smoking. NO Pets (We're sorry) No heavy drinkers, and No drama. Stay over guess are fine, only occasionally. We will require proof of income, along with a $45 fee to run a criminal background, In addition, please be able to provide three personal recommendations, plus good references from your current landlord. Unit comes with a beautiful garden in the back, lots of windows and light throughout, nice kitchen with lots of cabinets, and hard wood floors throughout.
