I need a roommate to move in by July. I live in Burbank near the airport. Spacious 2 bed/1 bath. The rent is $650 a month plus utilities, which usually brings the total to about $720 ( altogether, rent is $1300). If you smoke, you can do so out back in the patio area. I am 420 friendly (and would prefer a roommate that is as well), however the apartment is not.I am 21 and I work at a hotel while trying to do make up jobs. I also do have an adult male cat that is not fixed. I will also need a security deposit of $650 that you will get back when you/we move out.I need a roommate ASAP, so serious inquiries only please.
