Awesome 1bd/1ba apt in Logan with kind and caring owners on site. The lease term runs for 13 months, from April 1, 2025 through May 1, 2026. The unit is strictly non-smoking, including anywhere on the property. Quiet hours are from 10:30pm to 8:00am, with no excessive noise, though we're flexible if you give us a heads-up about events or special circumstances. No alterations may be made without written (email) landlord approval, including painting or drilling. Charcoal grills are not permitted anywhere on the premises. Renter's insurance is required for the full lease term, with proof due at the start of the lease. Please report any leaks or water issues as soon as you notice them so they can be addressed quickly. At move-in, a non-refundable $500 move-in fee is due at signing, along with the first month's rent. Keys will be provided on or just before the lease start date (around 3/20). We'll also do two walkthroughs together: one shortly after lease signing to make sure the space is properly prepared for you, and a second on your first day to document the condition of the unit.
