Garage will accommodate either stacker or side-by-side washer/dryer. It has a wonderful front porch to relax and watch the world go by. Both bedrooms will accommodate a queen size bed. There is extra clothing storage in the finished/heated attached garage. This is an all electric cottage. Radiant heater in the great room and heaters in both bedrooms and garage. The are lots of windows in the 'great room'. This is a NO smoking/NO vaping property. This is not negotiable. The potential renter pays for the utilities and cable, should they want cable. This property does not have dishwasher. We will consider a pet with a security deposit ~ $200 per pet. Come live the 'life' at the beach in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. This is a gem of a property! We start with a 6 month lease and may convert to a 1 year lease after the first 6 months at the owners discretion. All adult renter(s) will sign the lease. Most financial institutions provide these to their clients at no cost. We do not charge for the application. There is designated parking in front of the garage and additional parking on the street.
