A small contained area for a garden. Grill is provided. Six person kitchen table provided. Two king bed frames with mattresses available. Living room pull-out sofa and love seat and two TVs supplied. Along with complete furniture in the basement with two high top tables, just to list a few of the many amenities. Renter will be responsible for utilities, garbage, WIFI, snow removal, mowing. No smoking house.
