Explore the walking/biking paths that lead to historic downtown Chaska with many more shops, eateries, brewery and swim beach. You'll have the entire unit to yourself and a share the deck & the storage shed (bikes, outdoor chairs) with another short term rental. Other things to note: Month to month is $1550 for one person (add $100/month for 2 people) Includes ALL utilities, internet, heat, electric, water/sewer, trash, snow removal, etc. Tenant is responsible for providing their own toiletries, laundry, etc. The bedroom host a full size bed (not a queen) The pull out couch is more for children than it is for adults as it is rather firm.
