My home is a spacious three bedroom two bathroom with a huge fenced in backyard and is located right off 1792 And i4 exit right past the Sanford mall just a mile down the street near the grocery stores and pharmacies and restaurants and a quiet safe neighborhood. I rent two of my bedrooms the master bedroom and private bath and the second biggest room in the house that shares my bathroom for a daily weekly and monthly rentals. For daily rentals please visit or con tact me through Airbnb that way the payment is safe and you can schedule through them if it is a longer stay then just one night message me and I can work with you. Other than that I just have a small month to month lease that you would sign there is no deposit I do have a pet rabbit that stays in my room mostly so only cats are allowed and they are usually scared of the rabbit ha ha she goes in a litter box and does not smell at all and is very sweet. Although I have a huge backyard fenced in for dogs I think a dog might scare the bunny so I would try to avoid that and unless it's an outside dog. Having just moved in I do not have a washer or dryer but that will be coming soon as well as the Internet getting a roommate would help with this process. The rental price is dependent upon which room you would like to take and is negotiable at 500 Per month for two people it would be 600+ utilities. I usually rent on Airbnb for $50 per night per room but if you are staying for the week we can negotiate that price. My big room master room, has a dresser and queen size bed with the headboard and private bathroom and vanity and the shower no bathtub and tons of closet space. The second largest room has two twin beds in it that I can remove if necessary and put a queen size bed in its place if necessary and you would be sharing a bathroom with me. I am usually not home because I work downtown and I play downtown so I tend to stay there often. I am very friendly love having guests especially when I'm there because it's so quiet but if you're a private person feel free to shut me out and lock the door :) if you are in town for a short period of time and do not have a ride and I am available, I have no problem taking you just up the street to a store or to run errands, if it involves driving around town I would just ask for a few bucks for gas money because I drive a Chevrolet Tahoe that drink gasoline quickly! I have access to the golf and country club pool and gym if necessary because my parents live there,which is just half a mile down the road. other than that feel free to text Taylor at 352-516-8370.
