The house is approximately 1500 square feet located in the Ocean Grove neighborhood of Jefferson County. The location is convenient to downtown Port Townsend as well as Port Hadlock. The house offers spacious common areas and a lovely rear patio. Off street parking is available. A washer and dryer are located on the second floor. The bedroom and private bath enjoy a lot of sun and pastoral views. The bedroom closet is a spacious 6 feet. The en suite bathroom and a linen closet located in the hall have additional storage available. Ocean Grove is a quiet neighborhood and the neighbors are very friendly. Beach access to Adelma Beach is a community amenity. You are mature, clean, responsible, nonsmoking and considerate. Sorry but no pets. Utilities, internet and trash service are included in the rent. I am the only other resident of the house. I work outside the home and also have a home office. 3 to 6 months. Possible extension.
