This house was built in1835 and we believe it's the oldest standing structure in Elgar' Elkhart. It recently had a lot of improvements from a neighborhood revitalization program. The hardwood floors were recently refinished and the apartment is very clean. Owner pays water, tenant pays gas and electric. There is a shared driveway and parking can be congested there, but it shouldn't be hard to work out an arrangement with the other tenant. Rent is due by the 3rd day of each month. We do run background checks and we are looking for tenants who will take good care of the apartment.
