Our lake home is located on the water, on Lake Murray. The home is about ten minutes from the shopping area of Chapin and Dreher Island State Park. The house is on a quiet cove, you will see why people love this area. Seeking professional individuals, teachers, military or medical personnel. Have a good credit history and provide references. Open to discuss a pet. The house is fully furnished with modern comfortable furniture along with a fully equipped kitchen, including dishes, utensils, and cookware. Has a screened in porch for dining. The house has two big bedrooms and two full baths. Guests have complemented how comfortable the beds are. Both bedrooms are upstairs. Downstairs is a modern washer and dryer in the large bathroom. Out back, there is a nice deck with with a large fenced in back yard. The house has a nice dock for enjoying the view and relaxing.
