Very nice older home on large lot in Spindale has rocking chair front porch, large workshop/garage, additional storage building,and plenty of room for a garden! Living room and each BR has a fireplace although one has been bricked up. One BR has no closet but the other has 2 cedar-lined closets. Seller says home was painted 3 yrs. ago, wiring updated 4 yrs. ago, guttering new 3 yrs.ago. W/D hookups are in kitchen, but side porch could possibly be closed in to accomodate them. Great home for 1st time home buyer!
