the house is 3 bedroom 1 bath that is all brand new ripped out the old a couple years ago everything is new in the house has hardwood floors througout the house except the kitcen,bathroom,and laundry room, the laundry room has concrete, lanolium and vinyl tile in the kitchen and bathroom the rooms are good size the main features of the house are the neighborhood is quiet kind of a retired street a few kids tho,realy good yard for a city lot,a deck and screen porch and an extra storage room all connect in the back,the siding is vinyl and tin for the roof,the heat is by a floor gas furnace it doesnt take much to get the house heated or cooled,there is also a connected carport and there is a 10x16 outbuilding im pretty sure thats how big it is, if you have any questions please feel free to call me with them thanks
