This is nice home for people just starting out very easy to maintain. The bills are very reasonable. The rooms are nice sizes. The house was bought in 2007 and completely redone on the inside. New floors, new windows in all rooms except two back rooms (laundry and back bedroom). The roof was torn off and redone. The house was re-sided the kitchen was redone with new cabinets and counter tops. Neighborhood Description The neighborhood is very quite not a lot of traffic. Nice neighbors. Near by grocery store, gas station.
