The apartment is convenient to public transportation (2 blocks), downtown Sanford (1 mile), and nearby towns of Deltona / DeBary (10 miles), Orlando (25 miles), and New Smyrna / Daytona Beaches (35 miles). Laundry facilities are not included, but there is a coin-operated and full-service laundromat about three blocks away. We live on the property, in the house adjacent to the garage apartment. This is a strictly non-smoking, non-vaping property, and pets are not permitted. The maximum occupancy is two persons. First month's rent, security deposit equal to one month's rent, proof of renter's insurance, and a one year lease are required before moving in.
