Located just over one mile from the beach and close to shopping, restaurants, and a gas station, you'll enjoy the perfect mix of relaxation and convenience. The townhome features bedrooms on the second floor, with kitchen, dining, and living areas on the main floor. Enjoy flat-screen TVs and a washer and dryer in the unit. Inside, you'll find a beautifully decorated space that blends comfort and fun. Kick back in the inviting living area or challenge your crew to a match on the shuffleboard table, a favorite for all ages. The fully equipped kitchen includes basic essential needs, a standard coffee maker, toaster, and toaster oven. Step outside and enjoy the community pool, just a few steps from your front door. Parking is strictly enforced for 2 vehicles only, and a golf cart rental will use one of your parking spaces. Guests with reservations of 3 to 21 nights at participating vacation properties will receive a credit toward beach gear rentals during their stay. You can choose from a range of items, including bikes, kayaks, paddleboards, boogie boards, and more. A small delivery fee may apply. When it's time to hit the beach, you'll love the included golf cart and beach gear credit with your stay, perfect for picking up chairs, umbrellas, and other essentials to enjoy the island like a local. Whether you're lounging poolside, exploring town, or soaking up the sun on the sand, this home has everything you need for an unforgettable coastal escape. Check-in time is approximate, with housekeeping and maintenance making all attempts to be ready by 4 pm, but there is no guarantee. A two-night minimum stay is required. Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas, and we can't guarantee that you won't hear or see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay. Cable Wi-Fi is provided as a convenience, but Port A does experience outages from time to time. There are no refunds for outages of cable Wi-Fi or if the city pool is closed for cleaning, repair, or maintenance. Remember that you are on an island, and mosquitos and pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by a professional pest control service every month. Wi-Fi is not compatible with guests working remotely during their stay, and we do not guarantee a good connection due to spotty internet on the island.
