This is a studio apartment for rent. 1 bedroom, 1 bath. Recently remodeled and expanded for more room. Includes a small kitchen and combined living area including the bedroom area. It's an open design. Very desirable. Well lit, very nice. Hardwood floors with floor rugs. It attached to the house with an outside entrance on the back. The most desirable thing about this unit are the hauntings. It is haunted by several ghosts/entities. One entity is a revolutionary navy war hero from 1775. He is friendly. Another entity is a backwoods Virginia rifleman who was a fighter and brawler who fought in the battle of Cowpens South Carolina and died in 1802. He is not as friendly but okay. Then there is a madame who is relatively friendly. She and her husband traveled to and from this area to Charleston SC routinely until she died a tragic death. Some say at the hands of her husband. She dates to 1880. Then there are some entities that can only be described as evil poltergeists. Objects will move, people have been pushed, shoved. These are not as active. There is also a little girl who haunts the place from the 1930's. She is a sad child, not very friendly and a prankster who just wants someone to play with. She will terrorize pets. We do allow pets but most keep them outside. Some of the ghosts are active outside. The girl is not. It is also rumored the house was built on an indian burial ground but we have no confirmation of that. Parapsychologists have been to the home to rid it of the ghosts to no avail. The other tenants/roommates in the house are practicing witches/warlocks. One is a satanist. We practice voodoo, black magick and hoodoo. We are into dark magick as well as light. We respect all religions. We are all comfortable with the entities here and will not permit any cleansings, sage, etc. because the last time we tried it the paranormal activity became much worse and a new entity we'd never encountered before showed up and he was not friendly. He hated women and pets and could be violent. He hasn't been around in a long while. So, no cleansings, pastors trying to exorcise the house. One tenant tried that and made things worse. The entities like it in the house and they call it home too and we respect that. It doesn't matter if you believe but you must respect the entities, their privacy and space. If we do something they don't like they let us know and we stop doing it. This is important. Respect the entities, whether good or evil. We do not allow overnight guests. Lights out after 10 PM. This is quiet time. Watching TV is acceptable just not too loudly. We all work and get up early. The entire house has been remodeled. The landscaping is under construction. We all take turns mowing the lawn and keeping shrubs clipped. This is a nice house that has been made bigger through the attic/studio remodel, a detached shed two story shed that has been made into a complete living area. Up for rent is the studio but we also have the two unit shed for rent as well. We believe the ghostly activity isn't as bad in the shed apartments but we can't be 100% on that.
