Owners live next door, and are willing to discuss lease terms and pets. Owner pays Gas/Electricity/Water/Garbage--everything except communications; Renters are responsible for doing their part to minimize energy usage and generally be good neighbors. Renters have access to half of a shared two car garage, and will be able to obtain a permit from the City for on-street parking. Upper unit renters responsible for cutting the grass and shoveling, equipment provided. Preference for 1 year lease, but open to shorter term or month-to-month. Owners prefer no pets, but are open to discussion. NO SMOKING ON THE PROPERTY.
