Have two rooms available. Can choose either room - they are similar size - one with mirror closet the other with a small walk-in. Both have windows facing east for morning sun. One room is fully furnished that has been a guest room so we can move it around depending on what room you want. Or, if you have a career where you move around then maybe you can use the furnished room. You'll have your own bathroom and there is laundry and a patio with a grill. The rest of the unit is very nice and clean with new appliances and lighting. I'm a 40 yr old male - working from home for a while and travel for work approx 2-4 times per month. I'm an engineer, clean, athletic, and cook often. Most of my friends are in southbay. Looking for someone similar to me, guy preferred, that's active, more social than not, and responsible. The condo is walking distance to the aerospace companies, 15 min from LAX, and a great neighborhood with people walking and jogging around all day. All utilities INCLUDED (elec / gas / internet / HOA / air con). You will have assigned parking spot underground. Only one guest spot and plenty of street parking, too. Secured access building but deliveries do come inside.
