The security deposit must be paid by the applicant within 24hrs after the application has been approved. All application deposits must be certified funds. The property will remain on leasing market until this paid in full. Bankruptcy in the past five years require additional deposit. Self employed applicants must provide copies of bank statements for the past three months or a copy of first page of the last income tax return.
