We've moved out of our beloved home and our favorite neighborhood. It's got 3 floors and a lot of space. The main floor has a living room and dining room upon entrance, kitchen and long hallway to 2bedrooms and bathroom. The upstairs has a small landing/sitting room and bathroom at the top of the stairs and a small hallway with 2 more bedrooms. The basement is semi finished. It has a large completely finished room in the back. It's our media room. It isn't a bedroom as there isn't proper egress but if it were a bedroom it would be the fifth bedroom. The bathrooms have been recently redone and both have heated floors. The upstairs bathroom has my favorite princess soaking tub and the main floor bathroom has a glass shower with one of those fixtures that is like a human drive through car wash. The walls are Venetian plaster and are so luxurious. The kitchen is still in its 1980s remodel style but is completely functional. The back yard is completely fenced in and has a big awesome deck with built in concrete planters and table top. It's multilevel and super modern looking. We recently installed a lawn and had a bit of landscaping done. It's super cute and nice. There is also a 'garage' that can be used for more storage. Please pardon the snapshots. Will work on getting better ones up soon. Small pets up to 35 lbs permitted with additional deposit. No smoking allowed on premises. Tenant pays for gas, electric, water, sewer and garbage. Monthly yard maintenance is included.
