It is a studio apartment, facing the street (University Ave). I have never had any issues with noise. It is always quiet and peaceful even on the weekend nights. There are no problems with insects. The apartment is clean. Given it is a studio, it is very easy to cool in the summer. The rent is $697/mo. The price is negotiable. I can beat your best offer. I can leave the bed in the apartment if you would like. I am also looking to sell a 47 inch Samsung HD television Smart TV, which is currently in the apartment (let me know if interested). The building is called University Bay apartments, and the address is 2120 University Avenue. The apartment is also on the third floor which is the top most floor, meaning no noise from above as there is no apartment above this apartment. All of the other apartments in this building are also studios or 1 bedroom apartments, which also adds to the fact that living here is very quiet and peaceful. There is laundry in the building which is very easy to access. Parking is in a locked, covered garage.
