    Secluded almost half acre lot in very desirable part of rural Thurston County. Only two miles from the Maytown I-5 exit and MIllersylvania State Park. Under 20 minute drive to Olympia, and centrally located for easy access to Tumwater, Tenino, Rochester, and Centralia. There is a significant adjacent wetland zone, part of which encroaches on the east side of the property. This would make getting building approval difficult through the county, so the property is probably best viewed as a recreational piece, or for someone who wants to live off-grid. It is absolutely ideal for the tiny home or similar lifestyle. The surrounding riparian areas make it so the entire property is surrounded by nature on all sides, with no neighbors in sight. The nearest neighbors have small farms. The main road runs through a beautiful rural setting with several more local farms and Mt. Rainier views. Millersylvania State Park is within walking distance, so future owners will have access to all of the amenities provided there. There are also several other beautiful hiking areas within walking or biking distance, including my favorite, West Rocky Prairie. Wildlife abound all around the property, including a resident beaver family living right next door. The property is also a haven for deer and countless bird species. I used this property as a home base during a traveling phase of my life, and it would be perfect for someone wanting to do the same. I had plans to eventually put something more permanent on it, like a yurt or a tiny home, but I've since moved, and would like to pass that dream on to someone else.
