Both bedrooms offer nice sized closets, overhead lights, newer windows, and clean carpets. Water/sewer/recycling is included with rent. Tenants pay electricity and gas. Tenant is responsible for all lawn care and majority of snow/ice removal from parking pad and walkways. There is a one-car garage available for storage of snow blower / lawn mower / bicycles / motorcycles etc. but is unsuitable for car storage. LEASE REQUIREMENTS: The ideal candidate will have at least three years of documented work and rental history, an income equal to at least 3X the rent, aptitude for lawn care / snow removal, and no unpaid judgments or evictions and a law-abiding reputation on CCAP. Cat(s) are negotiable with extra fully-refundable security deposit.
