Our guest house features a large open kitchen with stove, refrigerator and island with 2 bar stools, washer/dryer all in one unit. The bedroom has a full size bed, large mirror and a closet with plenty of space for clothes and accessories. The living room has a 48 inch tv, fireplace and a cozy couch for you to relax after a long day. The large outdoor patio has comfy seating, a fireplace and a water feature. The guest house is a non smoking environment and we are unable to accommodate pets. Burbank is an independent city which is safe and quiet. Located 5 minutes from Downtown Burbank and near major freeways (5, 134, 101). We are in walking distance to many restaurants, department stores and parks. Street parking is available and is well lit, most times you can park directly in front of the main property. Rent is paid on the 1st of every month and will be clearly outlined in the terms. Tenant is not responsible for utilities as this is included on the main price. We have a $175 cleaning fee once the lease is over. We do not allow guests to stay more than 3 days.
