Renter responsible for all utilities-gas, elec, water, sewer, trash and yard upkeep . Absolutely no smoking allowed inside home. First/last months rent and 600 deposit required prior to move in. If you have any pets, the pet deposit is 100 per pet and will be needed prior to move in also.
