We loved our home & I added many features above the builder-grade quality-like: Rubbermaid closet systems, linen cabinet, cabinet & shelves in guest bath, hardware on all cabinets; flip drawers at sinks for handy storage; & ceiling fans. Outside I stained the backyard fence & added sprinklers. I painted the garage interior & added attic stairs & storage decking + Rubbermaid wall racks & ceiling storage system; Oh! & a garage door opener. My home has so many updates over a new builder home-see it today!
