I am looking for someone to move in approximately Dec 1st and completely take over the remainder of the lease until October 2025, You can choose to renew the lease if it suites you. Rent is currently $1308 but will be going up anywhere around 1400.. You will be locked in to my current rate and renewal rate. My deposit will be transferred to you and your 1st months rent will be due December 1st. Things the apartment includes/allows: cats and dogs ( monthly fees ) Full washer and dryer,detached garage,AC,walk-in closet-covered patio and dog gark with dog wash and pool as well. You will need to submit an application along with background check and 30 days proof of income.
