(no range) There is a small bedroom, a loft, and a couple separate areas that make it feel surprisingly large considering its size. The apartment is upstairs and shares a wall with another apartment. This is very close to Division where the bus to TESC comes through - walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, etc...while also on a chill residential dead end. The current vibe is quiet - we have property meals together a few times a year and generally keep in touch via group chats and a white board in the vestibule regarding house repairs and services. There are mature fruit trees on the property and a garden area. No pets, no smoking, room for parking one vehicle. Utilities are included in the rent- a refundable deposit of $350 as well as first and last months rent are due at signing. If a pet is approved, an additional refundable pet fee of $350 will be collected and $50/month will be charged as the pet rent.
