The apartment is on the second floor and gets tons of natural sunlight. There is also lots of closet space. The ceilings are nine feet high, giving the apartment a spacious feel that is missed in newer construction. **ALL UTILITIES ARE INCLUDED IN THE RENT.** An off-street, covered, parking space is included at no extra cost. We are a very pet friendly building (except for aggressive or yappy dogs. Seriously, if your dog is a barker, we aren't dog friendly). Lease duration is one year and then becomes month to month.
