The rent is 1830/month + parking 150/month (your own private exterior parking spot just behind the building) Parking space is indissociable with the apartment. Security deposit is 1 month of rent. Small dog (no big ones, sorry, I will need to see a photo)... or small cat is OK if well-trained. Non-smoking apartment.
