The Club apartments are very nice, exceptionally well maintained, have many amenities (Hot Tub, Pool, Club House, Gym, Dog Park, etc.). My apartment has synthetic wood floors in the living and dining area, carpet in the bedrooms with vaulted ceilings in the dining room and living room area. Living room also has a functional fire place. The rent is $1540 with valet trash at $25. I also have a designated parking spot under a pavilion that I pay $35 a month for but you can take or leave that. You will have to be approved by the rental group. If you qualify for the lowest deposit, you will effectively have no deposit. Please respond to this ad if interested. Availability dates are negotiable.
