We have a great mixture of young families, elementary/middle/high school families, and some empty nesters. We are a pet-friendly neighborhood and throughout the day and evening you will see dogs being walked, cats playing and the occasional family of deer walk through the neighborhood. We host an annual HOA meeting in the gazebo on our waterfront property. It is common to see neighbors chatting, children playing and riding bikes, and folks working out in their yards. All of us enjoy the organic blueberry farm behind our neighborhhos. We also enjoy canoeing or paddleboarding over to Pine Lake Park to swim or listen to the summer concert series.
