Here is a brief summary of answers to our most common questions: Rent is $710 Security deposit is $710 Non-refundable pet fee is $250 Monthly pet rent (1st pet) is $25 Monthly pet rent (2nd pet) is $15 (2 pets max*, not all apartments are pet friendly, breed restrictions do apply, $1,000 fine for pets found in your apartment without a paid pet policy agreement on file for that pet) Rent includes: hot water, trash, recycling, and basic snow removal. Tenants are responsible for their own electric which is their heat, lights and stove. The apartment has a stove and refrigerator but not a dishwasher or window AC units. Each of the 4 buildings on the property have coin operated washers and dryers on the bottom floor. There aren't washer and dryer hookups in the apartments. The Fort Drum airfield entrance is roughly 12 miles away. Requirements are as follows: Proof of a households gross monthly income that is at or above $2,000 or has BAH or is on HUD, an application filled out at the link above for each adult that will be living with you, a $30 fee for each of those adults to run a credit and background check.
