    I'm subletting my 2-br house for the months of June and July, with some flexibility on start and end dates (I could make it available as early as mid-May, until potentially mid-August). The house has a living room, large kitchen (electric stove), washer and dryer, two bedrooms, bath/shower, and a small study. It is fully furnished. The rent includes utilities and Internet. No pets are allowed; however, I have two cats, and I would like to find someone who could care for my cats, only from June 15th-July 3rd, and I would knock off some rent for doing that. But no problem if you do not want to do this. The neighborhood is great: a short walk to Curia on the Drag and Wards. There will be a short application process requiring a valid ID and a recent pay stub or other proof of ability to pay. The rent is all-inclusive, of utilities and Wifi.
