We are at the end of the Promenade on South end of Seaside. This is an open Studio apartment and is not suitable for family as it is a true open studio without walls on bedroom upstairs. There is a 1/2 bath up and full bath down. Great location and close knit community of tenants. Looking for someone that appreciates and can add to this community. You will need to have good credit and income to support rent, references required. Gas heat, fireplace does not work. Available mid-September. *No Dogs *This is a studio NOT a 1 bedroom. The room upstairs is not a bedroom as it has no egress other than stairs from first floor. Local and State laws say 2+1 2 per bedroom plus 1 in other room but this is a studio, so it is my understanding that it is a 2 person maximum studio. Tenant pays Power Owner pays water and garbage
