Furnished, dog-friendly, sweet unit in self-standing duplex is available for one month to two months and possibly longer if needed. Dates are somewhat flexible. This unit is in a great location in central Boulder and in walking distance to creek path, parks, great coffee (Boxcar and Laughing Goat) and very good restaurants. The backyard is fenced in, small and not-landscaped. It is great for anyone working at home with a pup. There are also many trails and parks around that are dog-friendly. I am a remote professor (at GWU) and a dedicated meditator and yogi, so the energy is good in the unit. It is also very quiet ( I can't hear the person next door). The unit has a feeling of a cottage and is more of a cozy feeling than it is modern or contemporary. The bed in the unit is full size but a couple could be comfortable here. There is no fireplace but there is a good bathtub and the home warms up well and quickly. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. All utilities and stable internet are included. I am heading to Santa Fe for an unknown period of time to be near family and possibly longer. I am flexible around dates (it may open mid-February or end of February) and if furnishings are preferred or not. It may be a person can just take over the lease and have it ongoing. It is flexible at the moment. It will be a bit more sparse than what is shown but basics and all comforts are provided. All utilities, furnishings and internet included.
