Large mature trees in the front yard provide ample shade. There is a deck on the south side with wonderful views of the mountains. I'm looking to rent this unit for $1500 plus a flat fee of $200 for utilities. Renters are not responsible for lawn care. This is on a nice, safe street that is full of kids and would be great for a smaller family. I am happy to consider one pet, but the front yard is not fenced. Within walking distance to fiddlers elementary and canyon view high and middle school. Tenant to pay deposit and first months rent upon signing a lease agreement. I am willing to work with the renter on the deposit. Tenant is not responsible for lawn care. Work and income will be verified prior to signing lease agreement. There is no on-street parking, tenants need to agree to use the parking spaces provided.
